What country are the products sent from?
All items are shipped from Australia.

Are commission pieces available?
They sure are! Feel free to contact me directly from the contact form or from Instagram message @uzioart to get in touch directly for commission work.

What is the store's returns & exchange policy?
All art sales are final and I do not accept returns or exchanges. For T-shirts if a size does not fit and you want an exchange, please contact me to organise. You will need to return the item at your own expense and once received I will organise to send another one out.

Do you accept orders placed outside Australia?
I certainly do! Shipping costs will be provided at checkout when you enter your address details. There may be additional charges for larger items, such as canvas works. Tracking is not provided. If you would like tracking, please reach out on the contact form for a costing.

What payment methods do you accept?
I accept PayPal and Card payments are available through Paypal without having a Paypal account. If you prefer to pay via direct bank transfer please contact me direct and I can advise options such as Australian or USA bank details. Zelle is also available within the USA.

How long will it take to receive my order?
All items are sent via Australia Post. Once dispatched orders within Australia can take anywhere from 2 - 10 business days. International orders will take longer and in the past have taken anywhere between 2 weeks to 3 months, so please be patient. These times are a rough estimate & rely mostly on the efficiency of the postal service at the time of sending. I will notify you when your order is on its way.
